About the Site

Hoping to provide some savvy sports analysis for all sports fans in the Magic City.  While this site will admittedly center on all things South Florida sports-and upon the Dolphins and Marlins in particular-that’s not to say attention won’t occasionally be paid to the national landscape.  This is a blog, and not the local paper, and all topics raised will be welcomed.  Above all else, the focus will be on not making it patently obvious this is my first blog.

What you the reader can count on:

Daily to every other day depending on season:  MiamiSportsMinute Flash.

Weekly:  Minimum of two to four major articles on the hot topics on the sports scene.

A commitment to satisfying YOUR demand: PLEASE post and comment, especially if you have a special request on something you’d love to see more written about.  Focusing too much on baseball- tell me what aspect of the Panthers I need to report on.  Not enough on the Dolphins defensive prospects in the draft- right to work on scouting reports of the safeties Miami will be passing over to draft offensive linemen with.  You pick a topic, I will research it and blog about it.

Lastly, enthusiasm.  This is fun, it’s a past time about our collective past times.  While I would love for it to be someday, this is not my job.  It’s a fan’s thoughts and reflections on the games we love- hopefully without too much bias. I hope you enjoy, and come back.
